1. Definitions

If you are found to be ineligible at any time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and void any pending bets or winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start from Rp 50,000. Deposits are usually credited to your Account instantly. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is typically Rp 100,000. Processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on your VIP tier and verification status. VIP members enjoy priority processing as fast as 5 minutes.

Withdrawals can only be made to Indonesian bank accounts registered in your name that match your verified identity. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawal requests. 5.3 Transaction Fees

dana96 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such charges.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before submission. We will not cancel or modify bets except in cases of obvious errors or technical malfunctions.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, event, and your VIP status. Limits are clearly displayed before bet placement. We reserve the right to adjust limits or refuse bets at our discretion, particularly on events where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. For football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other competitions), bets are settled on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts count only for markets specifically mentioning them.

If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is completed within 48 hours or unless specific market rules state otherwise. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to succeed; voided selections reduce the parlay accordingly.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games are provided by licensed third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are not influenced by the platform or its operators. 7.4 Togel Lottery

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

We are not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds including sports results, odds, or game outcomes. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds clearly inconsistent with market norms), we reserve the right to void affected bets.

Technical malfunctions, including but not limited to server failures, network interruptions, or software bugs, may result in temporary service disruption. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly but are not liable for losses incurred during such periods.

9. Responsible Gaming

dana96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or escape personal problems.

We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. You can set these limits through your Account settings. Once activated, limits cannot be removed or increased immediately; requests for changes are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification

• Using automated betting systems or bots

• Opening multiple accounts

In the event of Account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to established rules, and your remaining Balance (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification.

You may close your Account voluntarily by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. Accounts with zero Balance will be closed automatically after 12 months of inactivity.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
